We are a small homeless shelter on Dublin's Southside. We opened our doors in early 2023. We are two veterans who decided that it was time that they stepped up to a problem that was largely being ignored in the community, Residents, who for various reasons, found themselves without shelter.
It is beyond our resources to deal with the larger problem of chronic homelessness which is another local problem that needs adressing.
Our self defined mission is to deal with emergency homelessness only and focus on this segment of the population that is normally new to being without shelter. This can happen to anyone who is on the low end of the economic scale and, due to various causes has no place to sleep for the night.
